In Chapter 15 of Acts, a point of critical importance for the growth of the Church and its relationship with Judaism is reached. Luke narrates the difficulty posed for Jewish Jesus-believers by the increasing number of Gentiles believers and the decision taken by the Church leaders in Jerusalem not to subject them to the usual conditions for proselytes. In the Bezan text, some conflict of opinion between Peter, Paul and Barnabas on the one hand, and James on the other is apparent, a tension that is attenuated in the Alexandrian text. Further conflict is also highlighted in Codex Bezae between Paul and Barnabas who separate following the meeting in Jerusalem.

ὐπό is the correct preposition to introduce the agent of the passive
verb παραδοθείς. When ἀπό replaces ὑπό, it is with verbs of sending,
especially with the prefix ἀπό-. Since D05 is consistent in following
this rule (see Read-Heimerdinger, The Bezan Text, pp. 184-187), the
preposition ἀπό here can be seen to express the departure of Paul from
the brethren who commended him to the grace of the Lord.

B03 and D05 treat the two areas of Syria and Cilicia as quite distinct,
while )01 groups them together.

In D05, Paul is said to hand over ‘the commands of the elders’, in
accordance with earlier readings of D05 that emphasized the role of
this group (cf. 15:5 D05.12 D05). It is likely that P127, supported as it
is by a range of versional witnesses, has preserved an earlier reading;
the mention of the apostles could easily have been omitted in D05/d5 by
homoioteleuton.
